Counselling sessions last 50 minutes, normally on a weekly basis at a time agreed between us.
I offer face to face and online therapy.
Individual Counselling:
My fee is £70 per session; however, the first session will be charged at £50 and is an opportunity for you to understand how I work and decide whether you feel that we can work effectively together.
Couples Counselling:
My fee is £95 per session; however, the first session will be charged at £75 and is an opportunity for you both to understand how I work and decide whether you feel that we can work effectively together.
I see the majority of my clients during the day; however, early morning and evening appointments are available.
I am currently offering online sessions as well as face to face.

My therapy room is located on a quiet road and there is adjacent free parking.
Once parked please walk down the right hand side and you will see my therapy room door on your left, please ring the bell when you arrive.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer disabled access.
I am fully insured and have public liability insurance.
